What’s the cost, purpose, and use of the information from the new cameras at intersections? Can the cameras be rotated and focused on different events? Is the information available to more than one agency and to the public?

Is it Kirkland’s version of Big Daddy government?  Other cities are doing it, so why not Kirkland? London is loaded with them. Just how much individual privacy remains?
