Interlake beats Lake Washington boys soccer on penalty kicks

The Interlake Saints boys soccer team took advantage of two penalty kicks to beat Lake Washington Tuesday at Lake Washington High School.
Liam Keller, with an assist by Oscar Velazco, scored the Kangs’ lone goal during the 65th minute of play.
