Kirkland baseball player named to Power Showcase team | Sports brief

Lake Washington High School baseball player, Theo Alexander, was recently named to the 2011 Power Showcase All World baseball team.

Alexander, a center fielder, earned a spot in the December event that will include 40 of the best amateur players on teams from around the world.

The Power Showcase will be held Dec. 27-30 at Chase Field in Phoenix, Az. The event will include games, as well as the International High School home run derby.
