The Lake Washington girls softball team fell to Skyline on Monday afternoon, losing 13-4 to the Spartans. The Lake Washington defense kept Skyline from exploding off the bat until the third inning with the girls from Sammamish added six runs to their point total. Lake Washington responded to a 10-1 score in the fifth inning with three more runs, but that was as far as they could get.

Haley Andrews was 2-for-3 at bat, while Skyline’s Mickey Dunn-Blad was 3-for-4 and Anya Kamber was 4-for-6 with two runs, including a home run.
