Here’s the scoop: Ben & Jerry’s in downtown Kirkland is offering a free ice cream cone to everyone who stops by the shop Tuesday, March 23. Enjoy a scoop of ice cream with flavors like cake batter, Cherry Garcia, chocolate macadamia, Chocolate Therapy, Chunky Monkey and more.
