Soccer and volleyball on the docket tonight

Girls soccer and volleyball are on tap tonight for some of our local teams.

In 3A KingCo tournament soccer action, Lake Washington will battle Bellevue at 7 p.m. at Bellevue High. The Kangs beat Juanita, 3-0, to advance on Oct. 30.

Tonight’s winner advances to a KingCo-Metro pigtail game to qualify for state on Nov. 3, and the loser it out.

On the 3A KingCo volleyball tourney front, Juanita will play Mercer Island at 5 p.m. at Lake Washington High. Bellevue beat Juanita, 3-1, on Oct. 30.

The winner of tonight’s match advances to districts and the loser is out.
