Utah State University senior Dillon Maggard from Kirkland earned first-team all-conference cross-country honors for the second consecutive year as he placed third individually at the recent Mountain West Championships in Albuquerque, N.M.

Maggard — a Lake Washington High graduate — ran the 8K in 23:54.45 to lead Utah to a fourth-place team finish with 93 points. Maggard’s third-place individual finish is the highest by any Aggie at the league meet since Utah joined the league in 2012.
