LW running back Clifford tears it up in victory | Prep Football

Ryan Clifford ran wild on Friday night in Lake Washington’s 44-25 nonconference football victory over Marysville-Getchell.

At home, Clifford carried the ball 17 times for 185 yards and three touchdowns, including a 49-yard scamper. He averaged 10.9 yards per haul.

Other LW highlights were cornerback Cody Wilson’s 23-yard interception return and quarterback Michael Buchanan’s 34-yard touchdown hookup with Hudson Jones, who caught three passes for 50 yards on the night.

On defense for LW, Wilson had three tackles and Walterius Jones and Conor Quigley each had 3.5 tackles and one sack.
