Juanita edges Inglemoor in season opener | Prep girls tennis

The Juanita High School girls tennis team defeated Inglemoor, 4-3, during the first meet of the year on March 16 at Inglemoor High School in Kenmore.

The Rebels swept the singles matches, giving up just 13 points total during the three matches. During the doubles action, the Vikings were the ones with the broom, winning all three matches and giving up just nine points.

Doubles: Margaret Reynolds and Karena Nelson (I) def. Judy Vue and Maggie Jiang, 0-6,2-6; Sarvani Mandipat and Audry Karnan (I) def. Erika De La Torr and Emily Do, 3-6,3-6; and Teya Mcguire and Melinda Whales (I) def. Adison Warner and Lille Le Blanc, 1-6,0-6.
