Juanita to play for KingCo tournament title tonight | Prep baseball

The Juanita High School baseball team will play for the 3A KingCo tournament title tonight at Bannerwood Park in Bellevue.

The Rebels overcame three errors to defeat Bellevue, 3-2, on Monday during the semifinals of the tournament.

Kyler Kedroske went 1-for-3 with an RBI, Michael Petter went 1-for-2, with a double and an RBI, Brad Close was 1-for-3, with a double, Landyn Milburn was 1-for-3, with a double and G.J. Hurst was 1-for-3, with a double for Juanita.

Tyler Lofquist earned the win by throwing five innings and giving up five hits, while Andy Cosgrove earned the save by throwing two innings and striking out three batters.
