Pettit-Garl home run is only hit in Lake Washington win against Juanita | Prep girls softball

Dakota Pettit-Garl hit a solo home run during the bottom of the second inning during Lake Washington's 1-0 victory against Juanita on Wednesday in Kirkland.

The home run was the only hit of the game for the Kangs, as Juanita pitcher Milly Kawabata threw a complete game one-hitter, striking out eight batters.

Maddie Brown matched Kawabata, throwing a complete game, giving up four hits but no earned runs for the Kangs. Brown finished with six strikeouts and the win.
