Mercer Island beats Juanita | Prep baseball

The Juanita High School baseball team lost to Mercer Island, 12-2, on Monday.

The Islanders took a 2-0 lead into the top of the fourth where the Rebels scored their first run of the game.

But the comeback was short lived, as Mercer Island scored five runs during the bottom of the inning and eventually turned the game into a blowout.

Kyler Kedroske led Juanita, going 2-for-3 with a run scored, while Michael Trautman was 1-for-2 and Alex Poulin finished with an RBI.
