Early goals sink Kangs against Islanders | Prep boys soccer

The Lake Washington High School boys soccer team lost to Mercer Island, 2-1, on Monday thanks to early goals.

Mercer Island scored its first goal of the game during the opening seconds of the contest. The Islanders then scored again during the 21st minute of play to take a 2-0 lead.

The Kangs broke the shutout during the 67th minute of play as Liam Knox assisted Alexander Knox for a goal.
