Kamiak defeats Juanita in Bothell tournament | Prep boys basketball

Kamiak defeated the Juanita High School boys basketball team, 64-60, Monday during the consolation final of the Bothell Holiday Tournament.

Juanita began the game strong with a six-point lead after the first eight minutes of play. But Kamiak stormed back during the second quarter, holding the Rebels to just 13 points and taking a 38-36 lead heading into halftime.

The Knights extended that lead during the third quarter to eight points and Juanita was unable to recover.

The Rebels were led by Dylan Moctezuma with 19 points and Brad Close with 12.
