KANG Dance Team hosts drill competition

The Lake Washington High School dance team successfully hosted another dance/drill competition on Nov. 3. It was the first competition of the 2012-2013 season with 15 additional schools in attendance: Ballard, Capital, Cedarcrest, Eastlake, Edmonds, Hazen, Highline, Interlake, Issaquah, Mercer Island, Newport, Pasco, Shorewood, Shorewood Flag and South Kitsap.

Lake Washington’s dance team would like to thank all of the supportive spectators and sponsors who helped make the competition a success. They would also like to thank the teams, coaches, and judging staff for all that they did to make the competition successful.

The dance team will be headed into their next competition at Interlake High School at 1 p.m. on Dec. 8.
