Kirkland based Northwest High Performance Tennis was recently notified that the USTA Player Development has named it a USTA Certified Regional Training Center.
The program's junior development program will serve as a regional training center for the Pacific Northwest.
With the certification, Northwest High Performance Tennis will be able to enhance and develop junior players throughout the Northwest. As part of the certification, the Kirkland based center will offer camps for tennis players ages 8 through 12 throughout the region and will be able to identify promising players at a young age for top level programs.
Northwest High Performance Tennis hosts programs at the Outreach and Performance Tennis Center and Central Park Tennis Center in Kirkland, as well as the AV Performance Tennis in Bellevue.
