Three members of the 2010 record breaking football team at Juanita High School have announced their intention to play college football.

Next Wednesday, Feb. 2, three Juanita seniors will sign letters of intent to play for two Washington colleges.

Jarrett Finau, who played tight end for the Rebels, will sign his letter with the intention of playing for the University of Washington, while running backs Jeremiah Laufasa, and Andre Casino will sign letters to play with Central Washington University. Finau verbally committed to play for the Huskies last summer.

Last fall the Rebels ended the season in the second round of the state playoffs, with a 9-2 record, the school's best since 1989.

Laufasa set a new school record for rushing yards in a season with 1,526 over 11 games. Kurt Steck still holds the 13 game season record from 1985 with 1,830 yards.

Update: Lake Washington High School running back Alex Donnelly has committed to play for Illinois State University.
