First I want to say what a great job Celebrate Kirkland does putting on the 4th of July parade. It was wonderful as usual. Now for my complaints. It amazes me how many people get up and walk away after the parade and leave their garbage in the streets. I did not hear one parent around me ask their children to pick up their garbage. Some people got up early to go set up their spots to watch the parade. Then right before the parade some rude people walked up and stood right in front of others. Come on, people, think ahead and don't be so rude.
