Tired of seeing panhandlers at freeway off-ramps in Kirkland | LETTER

In response to the letter, "Time for Kirkland to clean up panhandling."
I totally agree with everyone on this, I am tired of seeing the same people at freeway off-ramps and intersections!
There is even one lady who brings her pomeranians with her to use as a begging tool. Being an animal lover, I just want to take them away from her.
