Gordon family thanks Kirkland community for support | Letter

We are writing to thank so many people, people we will never meet and let everyone know we are in awe of our community during the Bridle Trails Red Apple Market fundraiser in December for Mason’s Hope. This support during Mason’s proton radiation treatment and long hospital stays relieved the stress of financial burden and gave us hope. Your generosity and thoughtfulness is a true gift to experience. There are no words to express our true gratitude, so please know you deeply touched our hearts. Thank you for being amazing examples of what’s good and precious in the world.

We’re grateful for all our challenges, which give us purpose in life and affords us many opportunities to trust that everything is as it should be and learn what faith means for us.

There is no way I can list all the many people individually who helped. You know who you are! I would like to list some of the businesses and organizations that went over and beyond: Bridle Trails Red Apple Market; Kiwanis Club of Kirkland; Norcom911; Albert Lee Appliances; Kirkland Fire Station 22; Tandem Dinner and Wine Bar; Sparrow Clubs USA; Get Zen Hot Yoga; Ben Franklin Elementary; The BLU Group; CH2M; Kat & Friends; Axia Home Loans; Angel Wings Foundation; Eastside Christian Fellowship; and Seattle Children’s Hospital.

If you’re interested in following Mason’s journey, we post updates on his progress, and he’s doing great, here on his community page: www.facebook.com/masongordonhope
