Global warming and Drive Throughs

Why don’t we hear anything about busy drive througs for coffee, fast food, drug stores and banking?

With all the press and talk about climate change, why don’t we hear anything about our busy drive through lines for coffee, fast food, drug stores and banking?

It’s all day every day at two coffee shops here in Kirkland. Sometimes so busy, the cars can’t get off the street and into the line. Lots of idling SUVs but I have never noticed a Prius or other hybrid electric car in one of these lines.

Do these people not know or just not care about global warming?
