He graduated from the University of Washington in the school of Dentistry which he practiced in Kirkland for forty years. Rollin was in the Lions Club of Kirkland and enjoyed basketball, playing bridge, golfing and had a passion for writing, having authored four books. He enjoyed meeting for coffee with his family on Wednesdays, going out for a meal which most likely included hot chocolate with whip cream and spending time at the ocean.
