Suspect arrested on multiple warrants including false statements after playing the ‘name game’ with officers | Police blotter for Dec. 1-6

Wednesday, Dec. 6

Trespass: A suspect was arrested for criminal trespass after walking into the backyard of property on the 8200 block of NE 140th Place. The suspect was previously trespassed form the property.

Warrant Arrest/Obstruction of Justice: A suspect was contacted sitting in a car behind the Assured Pharmacy. After several rounds of the “name game,” the suspect was arrested on several warrants including one for false statements. The suspect will also be charged with Obstruction of a Law Enforcement Officer.

Sunday, Dec. 3

DUI: Kirkland police arrested for a suspect for DUI at midnight at the intersection of 108th Ave. NE and NE 38th Place in Bellevue.

Assault/Domestic Violence: A suspect was arrested after his girlfriend reported he pushed her down multiple times and prevented her from leaving the house on the 13900 block of 106th Place NE.

DUI: A suspect was arrested for a DUI on the 13100 block of NE 85th St. with a BAC of .162/.159 at 1:10 a.m. The suspect was booking into Kirkland Jail and has been convicted of a DUI-related offence within the past 10 years.

Saturday, Dec. 2

VUCSA: A suspect was stopped on the 11800 block of Slater Ave. NE. The officer began a drug investigation during the stop before the suspect voluntarily handed over Methamphetamine. The suspect was arrested for drug possession.

DUI: A suspect was arrested for a DUI at 2:17 a.m. on the 10000 block of NE 135th St. The suspect blew a .247 and was tested for a .182 and .181 BAC.

Friday, Dec. 1

VUCSA: A suspect was contacted while parked outside the Totem Lake Ross after his blue truck was reported to be swerving in and out of a lane. The suspect was caught with a heroin “tooter” pipe before officers found .41 grams of Meth and 1.52 grams of heroin in his vehicle. The suspect was arrested for drug possession with intent to sell.

Warrant Arrest: A suspect was arrested for driving while their license was suspended after a traffic collision investigation on the 12600 block of Totem Lake Boulevard NE. The suspect was booked into the Kirkland Police Department and issued another citation after being medically cleared by Evergreen Hospital.

DUI: A suspect was arrested for a DUI on the 13300 block of 100th Ave. NE. The suspect performed poorly on a field sobriety test and blew .165 before providing two breath samples of .133 and .131 BAC.
