Public hearing to vacate Waverly Way right-of-way to be held Aug. 3

A public hearing regarding a petition to vacate a portion of right-of-way along Waverly Way will be held before the Kirkland City Council at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 3 in the City Hall Council Chamber, 123 Fifth Avenue.

The proposal would affect property in the Market neighborhood at 430 Waverly Way.

The hearing is open to the public. During the hearing anyone may speak or submit written comments.
