Expect traffic delays during Kirkland American Little League Parade

Commuters should expect traffic delays due to the Kirkland American Little League Parade to be held on Saturday, March 20. The following streets will be closed from 10 a.m. until the final participant passes at approximately 11 a.m.:

* Southbound lane of Lakeshore Plaza Drive (Boat Launch access may have temporary delays during this time)

* East and Westbound lanes of Kirkland Avenue from Lakeshore Plaza Drive to Lake Street

* Eastbound lane of Kirkland Avenue from Lake Street to the Kirkland Performance Center

* Parade ends in Peter Kirk Park

Kirkland American Little League hosts more than 800 participants during the event, which includes opening ceremonies at Peter Kirk Ball field. For event information, visit www.kall.org.
