The King County Medical Examiner's Office identified the body found in Lake Washington on Feb. 27 as 42-year-old Richard Allen Dosher.
The Kirkland man, whose body was found about 15 yards from Marsh Park near a trail, was wearing jogging clothes.
Dosher's death was ruled a drowning and Kirkland Police do not suspect foul play.
Kirkland Police Srgt. Robert Saloum said the department is investigating the case to try and learn the circumstances surrounding the man's death, including how he ended up in the water.
