MEOW Cat Rescue and Laughs Comedy Club welcome star of Animal Planet’s Emergency Vets Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald (The Hardest Working Veterinarian in Show Business) to Kirkland for an evening of comedy at 8:30 p.m. July 9 at Laughs Comedy Club, 12099 124th Ave. N.E., Kirkland. The event, for ages 21 and over, will benefit MEOW.

With a repertoire that ranges from numerous tours as a bouncer with The Rolling Stones, The Who, and The Police, a 25-year career in veterinary medicine that named him “Specialist of the Year in Private Practice” in 2006, and over 20-years of performing as a professional stand-up comedian; Kevin Fitzgerald is a true renaissance man. Perhaps best known for his 10 seasons on the popular Animal Planet TV show Emergency Vets, Kevin’s passion for making people laugh is surpassed only by his unwavering dedication to all creatures great and small.

Kevin’s dedication to both comedy and animals has earned him the title of “the hardest working veterinarian in show business.”
