Real estate numbers for June were recently released by Redfin's Real-Time Housing Market Tracker and Kirkland home prices were up 12.6 percent from the same time last year.

"Our numbers only reflect transactions on the Multiple Listing Service, a local or regional database of available real estate for sale by member brokers," said Redfin spokesperson Kafia Hosh. "Our data is from June only and reflect an unvarnished, timely snapshot of the market."
The median home price for the Kirkland area was $512,500. The median price for single family homes was $673,500 and $314,000 for condos.
Sales were up .06 percent with 163 homes sold and homes spent a median eight days on the market.
