The following is a release from Puget Sound Energy:

Keep current on PSE's Energize Eastside proposal to increase the size and capacity of power lines running through the cities of Renton, Newcastle, Bellevue, Kirkland and Redmond at this meeting of PSE's Community Advisory Group. The meeting will take place from 5:30-8:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Bellevue Hilton.

This meeting will feature new photo simulations prepared by power engineers that depict what the new transmission lines might look at various points along the proposed route.

It will also feature a summary of comments and questions submitted to PSE during May about the Energize Eastside project, as well as PSE’s responses.

CENSE, the Coalition of Eastside Neighborhoods for Sensible Energy, will have representatives at the meeting to discuss the community's point of view on Energize Eastside.
