Students honored by Association of King County Historical Organizations

The Association of King County Historical Organizations recognized eight students with Youth Awards at their annual awards event on April 22 at the Museum of History and Industry.

The Youth Award is presented to a King County student (including undergraduate college students) who have made an outstanding contribution to the heritage community with service or through a project that has benefited the community at large.

The following students were recognized from International Community School in Kirkland:

• Sophia Michaels, freshman

• Alicia Lee, freshman
