Kirkland Police Department detectives served two separate search warrants with the assistance of the North Sound Metro SWAT Team early this morning.  The warrants were served in connection with the active homicide investigation of Kirkland resident Amy Rene Gang Hargrove, 28, who was killed last week in her home.

In an effort to locate additional evidence in this investigation, warrants were served simultaneously in the 1400 block of 153rd Ave. NE in Bellevue and the 2300 block of south Forest Street in Seattle. The warrants were executed without incident and while several people were detained, no arrests were made for the homicide. Detectives are still processing evidence at this time as the investigation continues.
