Commuters should expect traffic delays due to storm system cleaning on Goat Hill Road in Kirkland. This work will take place from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday through Friday next week. Access will be limited, with traffic control flagging in place during this period of time.

Due to the roadway’s unique elevation and tight configuration, vehicle access will be limited while city work crews perform the maintenance to the storm conveyance system.

Two reader boards will be installed to inform area residents and commuters of the work and anticipated traffic delays. The city of Kirkland asks for the public’s patience while it performs this necessary task.

For more information contact, Dan Vaniterson, Sewer and Storm Water Lead, City of Kirkland Public Works Department at 425-587-3906 or dvaniterson@kirklandwa.gov.
