Finn Hill neighbors to meet newly-appointed Dembowski at members meeting Wednesday
March 4, 2013 · 5:43 PM
Residents in Kirkland’s Finn Hill neighborhood will have the opportunity to meet King County Councilman Rod Dembowski during the Finn Hill Neighborhood Alliance's (FHNA) next meeting.
Dembowski was just appointed to fill the council seat for King County Council District 1, which covers Finn Hill. Bob Ferguson vacated the seat after he was elected as attorney general.
The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 6 in the cafeteria at Finn Hill Middle School, on 132nd Street at 84th Avenue.
During the meeting, the FHNA will cover a host of developments affecting the Finn Hill neighborhood.
The main topic, however, will be zoning changes that the city will consider in the near future, and the kick off of a traffic safety study for Juanita Drive. City officials will be on hand to summarize what the city will be doing with zoning and traffic over the coming months.
