2nd Enforcers to hold pro-gun rally in Kirkland on Saturday
February 20, 2013 · 4:36 PM
A local organization, the 2nd Enforcers, informed local businesses and government agencies they will be having a pro-gun rally in downtown Kirkland on Feb. 23 between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
In an email sent to the Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce, the organization said they will be lawfully picketing, as per municipal code, against President Barack Obama’s “23 executive actions against your 2nd Amendment Constitutional right to bear arms.”
Citizens will be carrying open firearms, and it states “this will be no concern as we have had many rallies on the state capitol with no issues concerning the carry of firearms by lawful citizens.”
The rally will be at the cross streets of Central Way and 3rd Street.
