Traffic alert: Incident blocking ramp at 116th S.E. cleared

On the I-405 northbound off-ramp to 116th S.E. there was an incident blocking the ramp. The Incident Response Team and the State Patrol arrived on the scene, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.
The incident was cleared at 4:05 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7.
