Tent City 4 homeless encampment to return to Kirkland Jan. 22

Tent City 4 has been to Kirkland numerous times including in October of 2009.

Kirkland Congregational Church and Share/Wheel have applied for a permit to host Tent City 4 in the church's parking lot from Jan. 22 through April 23.
The city received the completed application on Dec. 7.
The church is located at 106 Fifth Avenue in Kirkland.
