'Bachelor' Jason Mesnick to host Father's Day Fun-athlon

Join "The Bachelor" star and Kirkland resident Jason Mesnick for a piggyback run, gummy worm push-up contest and more Saturday for a Father's Day Fun-athlon at Bellevue Downtown Park, 10201 Fourth St. NE.

The free event for the entire family will also feature appearances by the Mariner Moose and Seattle Seahawks players. Mesnick's pick from "The Bachelor," Molly Malaney, will join him at the event, which runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Mesnick is the founder of JasonsPlace.com, a nonprofit organization that supports single parenting families.
