Petco Unleashed to open a new store in Kirkland tomorrow

Unleashed by Petco will open Saturday in Kirkland at 10042 N.E. 137th Street.

The new pet specialty store will have grand opening celebrations during the next three weekends and provides a neighborhood feel with knowledgeable associates, all in an intimate and playful environment, according to the company.
Special activities will include free giveaways, pet adoption events and a special pet photo booth.
The store, introduced by leading pet specialty retailer Petco in 2009, offers local pet owners a wide-variety of food options, including natural, organic, raw and cooked food selections.
The store will also have a self-serve dog wash available.
The Kirkland Unleashed by Petco will host several community gatherings throughout the year such as adoption events aiming to unite the areas shelter pets with forever homes, Pug-a-Palooza, local dog meet-ups and other fun contests and social gatherings for people and pets alike.
