U.S. Air Force airman Ethan Reyes Yee of Kirkland graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas last month.

The airman completed an eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, air force core values, physical fitness and basic warfare principles and skills.

Yee is the son of Karen Reyes and graduated in 2019 from Lake Washington High School.
