4Culture’s Arc Artist Fellowship will provide $12,000 in unrestricted funding for individual artists, with a deadline on Nov. 29. This year, eligible applicants must be artists with physical, developmental, cognitive, intellectual, and/or emotional disabilities. The Arc Eligibility Requirement of the Fellowship will change annually.
