People-led actions | Letter

The only way out of the climate crisis is if people take action — and getting out into the streets is a big step.

I attended the student-led climate strike in Seattle, and am happy to hear thousands were out in the streets in Paris the day after. The climate situation is huge, political and radical, and it calls for radical change. We have the opportunity to make change as long as we all demand it.

With action there is hope, and I’m hopeful after seeing all the people-led actions.
