With the closing of the Thomas Magnelson’s Gallery last month, the three remaining galleries in downtown Kirkland have banded together with their neighboring retailers and restaurants to start a new event called Second Thursdays on Park Lane.

The event began May 14 as Park Lane became an arts extravaganza with artist demonstrations and live jazz music. The event will continue from 6-9 p.m. every second Thursday through October.
