A small army of quartets will fan out around the Seattle area this Valentine’s Day surprising cherished recipients with Singing Valentines sent from a loved one or secret admirer.

Quartets will croon sweet songs from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14. They will appear at jobs, homes, restaurants, or wherever their songs’ recipients happen to be.

The quartets are members of A Cappella Joy Chorus, a championship a cappella women’s chorus based in Kirkland.
