The Evergreen Healthcare Foundation Annual Gala, planned for Saturday, May 1, will benefit Evergreen Hospital Medical Center’s Cardiovascular Services. The party begins at 6 p.m. and will be held in a giant, luxurious tent in King County’s Marymoor Park.

More than 700 guests are expected to attend the black-tie event. The gala begins with cocktails, a welcome reception and silent auctions. Gourmet dinner service and a live auction begin at 7:45 p.m. An annual highlight of the evening is the surprise entertainment – in past years ranging from colorfully-costumed puppets performing on giant stilts to Tony Award-winning artists.

Evergreen Healthcare Foundation’s Annual Gala raises more than $800,000 each year for medical services at Evergreen. This year’s recipient is Cardiovascular Services. The department provides the latest in cardiovascular diagnostic testing and intervention, cardiac rehabilitation, cardiac wellness and prevention programs.

Tickets for this year’s gala range from $350 to $500. For information about becoming a sponsor of the event, donating something to the auction, reserving a table for the event or buying individual tickets, please call 425-899-1906 or e-mail caelliott@evergreenhealthcare.org.
