Forest walk in Bridle Trails State Park on Saturday

Join Ph. D. ecologist Jim Erckmann for a forest nature walk from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, June 9 in Bridle Trails State Park, 12434 N.E. 60th St., Kirkland.

Learn about the natural history, plants, and animals of this exceptional forested natural area, how biological diversity in forests develops over time, and how we are dealing with the threat of invasive plants to urban forests. The group meet in the parking lot at Ben Franklin Elementary.
