Money was no good at Ben & Jerry's in Kirkland on Tuesday as hundreds of ice cream lovers stopped by during the day to enjoy a free scoop.

The annual event is held at Ben & Jerry's locations as a way to say thank you to the company's customers for their support and to celebrate more than three decades of scooping the chunkiest, funkiest ice cream, frozen yogurt and sorbet.

The Kirkland store is located at 176 Lake Street South. For information, call 425-576-1609.
