Seminar on sustainable preparedness to be held in Kirkland

A seminar on sustainable preparedness will be offered from 2-7 p.m. Feb. 12 in Kirkland. It will cover such topics as renewable energy systems, natural remedies, year-round home grocery store, heating with wood and what to look for in land or a homestead. There also will be demonstrations on canning and bread making.

The seminar will be conducted by Mountain Media Ministries and is sponsored by Eastside Seventh Day Adventist Fellowship.

It will be held at Puget Sound Adventist Academy Gym, 5320 108th Ave. N.E., Kirkland.
