Oregon company acquires Kirkland firm

Engineering firm PACE Engineers of Oregon City, Ore. has announced that it recently acquired local management firm Peterson Consulting Engineers on Lake Washington Boulevard.

Former CEO/President Harold Peterson will be the Kirkland office lead for the firm’s residential development division. Also joining Peterson is PACE staff members Jim Malone, John Rubenkonig and Jeff Brown. Peterson Consulting was founded in 1996 and reported 18 employees and an estimated 1.3 million in annual sales for the previous year, according to financial advisors Dun & Bradstreet.

PACE performs civil and structural engineering, planning and surveying.
