Crave Health to host weight loss nutrition clinic in Kirkland

March 5, 2012 · Updated 5:39 PM

Crave Health, a private nutrition practice in Kirkland, is excited to present its one-hour Weight Loss Nutrition Clinic from 6-7 p.m. on Monday, March 19 at The Woodmark Hotel on Carillon Point.

Owner Ashley Besecker, a registered dietitian, will present current weight loss related nutrition research and offer strategies for losing weight and keeping it off. During this interactive clinic, attendees will have their measurements taken and receive personalized calculations as well as meal plans.

“There is so much mis-information out there about how to lose weight,” said Besecker. “This clinic gives me the opportunity to share with people the minor details that make a huge difference in losing the right kind of weight and keeping it off.”

Amanda McVey, fitness celebrity and instructor from Fly Fitness, will also join the clinic to share the keys to adding exercise into a weight loss regimen.

Advanced sign up is required as space is limited. To RSVP, send email to Ashley@cravehealth.com or call 425-828-0100. Tickets are $20 each.
